The tray has openings on the bottom allowing plenty of ventilation to keep the insert dry. The colorful (replaceable) insert featuring racing silks on a striking black background is made of durable polyethylene polyester felt material backed with no-skid recycled rubber designed to resist the elements. If it needs refreshing, simply hose the mat off or sponge clean with water and mild soap, no bleach, and allow to air dry. DO NOT machine wash.
