ORDERING
Your order will be processed and ship 1-2 days (week days). We ship from LaGrange, Kentucky.
Some items may ship directly from manufacturer. See our shipping page to see the time-frame for delivery. See Shipping Rates

*GIFT ORDERS -  WE CARE! Because we are not Amazon we CAN provide a personal touch to your order and will make sure it is presented and packed as a gift not a machine part! We do not include receipts and will also create an attractive gift card with your gift message at no additional charge. *BUT PLEASE INCLUDE THE GIFT MESSAGE IN THE TEXT AREA PROVIDED ON THE BASKET CART PAGE!

TIME SENSITIVE If you require your order by a particular date please let us know!

OUT OF STOCK If an item is on backorder or out of stock you will be contacted via email regarding the estimated time of arrival. You will also be given the option to cancel order.

MISTAKES DO HAPPEN!
Occasionally we do send the product or the product may be defective or broken. Please let us know soon as possible and we will correct the problem. Have your order number when you call or email. 502-214-8583 or orders@horseandhound.com

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 15% re-stocking fee after 31-60 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*We do not provide product for short time events (photography sessions, parties etc.) and stand the right not to offer refund on these products.

*Dated products are not returnable.

*Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
