The art of Side Saddle Riding, reached its height of popularity in the Victorian age. Happily it did not disappear and can still be seen exhibited in the show ring and hunt field. This glass tray is decoupage with a striking 19th century image of a smartly dressed young women in perfect form on her high stepping chestnut. The art is applied on the back of the glass tray and sealed. Perfect for serving hors d'oeuvres or candies, also makes a great desk accessory. Do not soak in water. Clean with a soft damp cloth. Hand-crafted in the USA and signed on back by the artist.
