Highly detailed pillow inspired by an early 19th century portrait of champion racehorse Harkaway. The proud chestnut is portrayed walking in a stable are. The background is made of muted shades of green, grey and blues. Needlework is completely hand-made in 100% wool, the background is needlepoint and the horse is a very intricate petit point. Pillow is finished with a gold and sage green heavy corded braid. The back of the pillow is gold velveteen with a concealed zipper for dry-cleaning. Poly-filled. 15" x 11".
